　　一、外國(guó)人因下列事由可以向設(shè)在北京、上海、天津、大連、福州、廈門(mén)、西安、桂林、杭州、昆明、廣州、深圳、珠海、青島、煙臺(tái)、威海、海口、三亞、重慶、成都、南京、滿洲里、黑河、沈陽(yáng)、綏芬河、武漢、濟(jì)南、烏魯木齊、深圳的口岸簽證機(jī)關(guān)申請(qǐng)簽證。

　　The foreigners can apply port visas from the Port visa agencies are set up at the following ports: Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Dalian, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Xi’an, Guilin, Hangzhou, Kunming, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai, Haikou, Sanya, Chongqing, Chengdu, Nanjing, Manzhou Li, Heihe, Shenyang, Suifen He, Wuhan, Jinan,Urumchi, Changsha for the following reasons:
 

　　1、中方臨時(shí)決定邀請(qǐng)來(lái)華參加交易會(huì)的；

　　Being invited at short notice by the Chinese side to attend a trade fair in China;

　　2、應(yīng)邀來(lái)華參加投標(biāo)或者正式簽訂經(jīng)貿(mào)合同的；

　　Being invited to China to enter a bid or to formally sign an economic or trade contract;

　　3、按約來(lái)華監(jiān)裝出口、進(jìn)口商檢或者參加合同驗(yàn)收的；

　　Coming to China under contract for supervision over export shipment, import commodity inspection or check on the completion of a contract.

　　4、應(yīng)邀參加設(shè)備安裝或者工程搶修的；

　　Being invited to install equipment or make rush repairs;

　　5、應(yīng)中方要求來(lái)華解決索賠問(wèn)題的；

　　Coming to China at the request of the Chinese side or settling Claims;

　　6、應(yīng)邀來(lái)華提供科技咨詢的；

　　Being invited to China for scientific or technological consulting services;

　　7、應(yīng)邀來(lái)華團(tuán)組辦妥簽證后。經(jīng)中方同意臨時(shí)增換的；

　　A last-minute replacement or addition, approved by the Chinese side, to a delegation or group that has been invited and has already obtained visas for traveling to China;

　　8、看望危急病人或者處理喪事的；

　　For visiting a patient in a critical condition or making funeral arrangements;

　　9、直接過(guò)境人員由于不可抗拒的原因不能在24小時(shí)內(nèi)乘原機(jī)離境或者需改乘其他交通工具離境的；

　　As persons in immediate transit who, because of force majeure, are unable to leave China by the original air craft within 24 hours or have to leave China by other means of transport;

　　10、其他被邀請(qǐng)確實(shí)來(lái)不及在中國(guó)駐外機(jī)構(gòu)申請(qǐng)簽證。并持有指定的主管部門(mén)同意在口岸申辦簽證的函電的；

　　As other invitees who really do not have enough time to apply for visas to the above-mentioned Chinese agencies abroad but hold letters or telegrams from designated competent authorities approving the application for visas at port visa agencies.

　　11、我國(guó)國(guó)際旅行社和經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的港澳旅行社組織、接待的旅行團(tuán)。

　　The tourist groups that organized and received by

　　Chinese international travel agencies and the approved HongKong, Macau travel agencies can apply for port visas.

　　二、申請(qǐng)口岸簽證。需回答有關(guān)詢問(wèn)并提供下列材料：

　　To apply for port visa, aliens shall provide such pertinent information as requested and complete the following procedures：

　　1、有效普通護(hù)照；

　　Valid common passport

　　2、填寫(xiě)外國(guó)人簽證表。交一張近期二寸半身正面免冠照片；

　　Fill in the visa application form and submit one photo which is recently-taken ,2-inches ,half-length ,bareheaded and full-face.

　　3、其他證明材料；

　　Other materials maybe used.

　　三、個(gè)人簽證申請(qǐng)可以由接待單位代辦。團(tuán)體旅游簽證申請(qǐng)可以由我國(guó)國(guó)際旅行社和經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的港澳旅行社代辦。

　　The inpidual visa application can be applied by the reception units. The group visa application can be applied by the Chinese international travel agencies and the approved Hongkong and Macau travel agencies.

　　四、申請(qǐng)F(tuán)簽證。須提供下列材料：

　　For the application of visiting visa（ F visa ）。 applicants should hand over the materials listed below:

　　1、申請(qǐng)多次入境有效F簽證須提供一類授權(quán)單位邀請(qǐng)函電；

　　To apply for repetitious valid F visa needs to provide a letter or telegram from the senior authorized organizations.

　　2、申請(qǐng)二次入境有效F（包括團(tuán)體）簽證須提供一類或者二類授權(quán)單位邀請(qǐng)函電；

　　To apply for a 2 -entries valid F visa（ including group ） needs to provide a letter or telegram from the senior authorized organizations or the junior organizations.

　　3、申請(qǐng)一次（包括團(tuán)體）簽證須提供一類或者二類授權(quán)單位?；蛘呶覈?guó)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)以上地方政府?；蛘吒黝惞?、企事業(yè)單位（包括國(guó)營(yíng)、集體、獨(dú)資、商社、私人等公司）出具的邀請(qǐng)函電或者各類交易會(huì)（廣交會(huì)、貿(mào)易洽談會(huì)等）請(qǐng)柬。一類、二類授權(quán)單位以外的邀請(qǐng)函電和請(qǐng)柬必須由口岸簽證機(jī)關(guān)所在省、自治區(qū)、直轄市的出具?？缡　⒆灾螀^(qū)、直轄市申請(qǐng)的。應(yīng)當(dāng)由邀請(qǐng)單位所在的地市公安機(jī)關(guān)出入境管理部門(mén)核準(zhǔn)同意。

　　To apply for a 1- entry valid F visa（ including group ） needs to provide a letter , telegram or a invitation from the senior authorized organizations or the junior organizations。 the local Chinese governments which above town, or the various companies ,sections and commodity fairs. The letter , telegram or the invitation should be provided by the organizations which belong to the province, municipality and the city which is administered by central government where the port visa department locate if it were not issued by the senior and junior organizations. If the application is from different areas, it is necessary for the inviting unit to get the permission from the exit-entry administration department of local public security organs .

　　對(duì)提供一類授權(quán)單位邀請(qǐng)函電的人員?？梢垣@得6個(gè)月或者1年多次有效簽證；對(duì)提供二類授權(quán)單位邀請(qǐng)函電的人員。可以獲得有效期6個(gè)月多次或者6個(gè)月以內(nèi)一次、二次簽證；對(duì)提供其他邀請(qǐng)材料的人員。可以獲得有效期3個(gè)月以內(nèi)一次、二次簽證。

　　Foreigners could obtain a 6-month or 1-year repetitious valid F visa by providing a letter or telegram from the senior authorized organizations. Foreigners could obtain a 6-month repetitious valid F visa, or a F visa which could be used for 1 or 2 entries within 6 months by providing a letter or telegram from the junior authorized organizations. The others could obtain a F visa which could be used for 1 or 2 entries within 3 months by providing useful inviting information.

　　五、申請(qǐng)L簽證。須提供處理緊急事務(wù)的相關(guān)證明?？梢垣@得有效期3個(gè)月以內(nèi)一次入境有效簽證。

　　Foreigners who apply for L visa in order to handle urgent affairs should submit the supporting papers, and the visa would be valid in 3 months for 1 entry.

　　六、申請(qǐng)團(tuán)體旅游簽證。旅游團(tuán)人數(shù)不限。需提供負(fù)責(zé)組織、接待的國(guó)際旅行社或者經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的港澳旅行社公函和旅游人員名單。

　　Foreigners who apply for group visa will not limit its number. It is necessary to provide the offical papers issued by the organizing and reception international travel agencies or the approved Hongkong and Macau travel agencies and the lists of the travel groups.

　　可以獲得有效期2個(gè)月以內(nèi)的一次入境有效簽證。

　　The visa would be valid in 2 months for 1 entry.

　　七、申請(qǐng)G簽證。需提供前往國(guó)家或者地區(qū)的有效簽證及機(jī)（車(chē)、船）票。

　　To apply for visa G, a valid visa for entering the country（region） of destination, or connecting tickets to take air craft, bus and ship.

　　可以獲得有效期10天以內(nèi)的一次入境有效簽證。

　　The visa would be valid in 10 days for 1 entry.

　　八、申請(qǐng)C簽證。需提供民航或者交通等部門(mén)的公函。可獲得有效期10天以內(nèi)的一次入境有效簽證。

　　To apply for visa C, the papers issued by civil aviaton or traffic department is necessary, and the visa would be valid in 10 days for 1 entry.

　　九、外國(guó)人申請(qǐng)口岸簽證。應(yīng)當(dāng)按照中國(guó)政府主管部門(mén)的有關(guān)規(guī)定繳納費(fèi)用。

　　Foreigners applying for port visa shall pay visa fees according to the regulations made by Chinese government.
