藥 品 名 稱(chēng)

一、英語(yǔ)藥品說(shuō)明書(shū)一般用商品名。由生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家向該國政府有關(guān)部門(mén)申請注冊正式名稱(chēng)。受該國政府法律保護。在藥品名稱(chēng)的右上角有個(gè)R的符號。意思是已經(jīng)申請注冊的法定名稱(chēng)。不可隨意改變名稱(chēng)。R=Recive

在藥品之后有時(shí)Issued to(for) the Medical profession only短語(yǔ)。意：僅供醫界參考。

例：Mobic R Issued to(for) the medical prfession.

二、譯法：

1. 音譯：按英語(yǔ)讀音用相應的漢字譯出

例： Mobic 莫比可 Rifampicin 利福平

2. 意譯：按藥品名稱(chēng)各組成部份的英語(yǔ)意義譯成漢語(yǔ)

例： Streptomycine 是由Strepto和mycine組成。其中Strepto(鏈球狀)。mycine(霉素)。則按英語(yǔ)意思。譯成：鏈霉素。因此必須掌握大量前、后綴。才以準確翻譯。此種譯法多數是抗生素類(lèi)藥物。

Nitroglycerine 由Nitro(硝基)+glycerin(甘油)組成。則意為硝酸甘油

Aminophylline由Amino+phylline 譯:氨茶堿

3. 音意并譯：按英語(yǔ)藥名組成。前面部份按音譯。后面部份按意譯。

例：Kanamycine由Kama(卡那)+mycine(霉素)組成。按前音后的方法。譯為卡那霉素。

Gentamycine由Genta+mycine 譯為慶大霉素。

4. 諧意譯法：按英語(yǔ)發(fā)音。用相應的漢語(yǔ)的音譯出。盡可能用漢字表達出藥品的作用。

藥物性狀包括：化學(xué)結構。理化性質(zhì)。藥理特性及作用等。

1. 化學(xué)結構：有專(zhuān)業(yè)書(shū)刊、文獻、專(zhuān)業(yè)資料可查。

國內： 《新編藥物學(xué)》、《實(shí)用抗菌藥物學(xué)》、《英漢化學(xué)化工詞匯》、《英漢醫學(xué)詞匯》

國外： Chemical Abstracts 《美國化學(xué)文摘》

2. 理化性狀和藥理作用:

常用英文詞匯有20種：

colour顏色、taster 味道、smell 氣味、solubility溶解度、composition成份、ingredients主要成份、formule 分子式、molecular weight分子量、description性狀 、property性質(zhì)、chemical propenty化學(xué)特征、pharmacological propenty 藥理特性、pharmacological action 藥理作用、pharmacology藥理、mode of action作用方式、action作用、activity活性、advantage優(yōu)點(diǎn)、feature特點(diǎn)、potency藥效。

例：Lobelin events a stimulant effects on the central nervous system.

洛貝林對中樞神經(jīng)系統有興奮作用。

適應范圍(癥) Indications

此項是說(shuō)明書(shū)的重點(diǎn)內容。應準確理解。主要是講對哪些細菌、病毒、疾病、癥狀有治療效果或無(wú)效。盡量多記憶。也可查閱有關(guān)的專(zhuān)業(yè)詞匯。以求準確無(wú)誤。

3. Once daily (a day) (q.d)

Twice daily(a day) 表示不等時(shí)用 (bid)

Three times daily(a day) (tid)

For times daily(a day) (qid)

Every other day 每隔天一次 (q.o.d)

4. Per kilo of body weight daily

Per Kg of body weight daily 每天每公斤體重

5. 分…次句型：

(1). …be divided into three eight－h(huán)ourly doses 分為3份。每八小時(shí)一次

注意：說(shuō)明書(shū)上的劑量后面緊接著(zhù)是“每天幾次”。指的是每次的劑量。例：Two tabelets three times a day(daily) 指的是一次2 片的劑量。凡后面緊接著(zhù)是“分…份”。則指的是每日的劑量。例：This tablet divided into three eight－h(huán)ourly doses,指的是一天一片的劑量。即一片分為三份。每8小時(shí)一次。

又例：100 units twice daily 每天2次。一次100單位(即每天200單位)；

One or two tablets per Kg body weight in two divided dose.

每公斤體重用1－2片。分為2等份給藥。(1－2片指的是一天的劑量)。

三、給藥途徑：

英語(yǔ)表達如下：
